1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Gary Goddard Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our”), including keynote speaking, corporate training workshops, the Organisational Burnout Scorecard, Tier 1/2/3 organisational engagements, the Fractional Advisor — Burnout & Culture retainer, and 1:1 coaching services (together, the “Services”). By engaging any of these Services, the organisation or individual doing so (“you,” “the Client”) agrees to these Terms.
2. Services Offered
We provide the following, each governed by a separate scope agreement or statement of work in addition to these Terms:
- Organisational Burnout Scorecard — a diagnostic assessment tool, offered free of charge as described on our website
- Tier 1 (Diagnose) — a defined, one-off organisational audit
- Tier 2 (Implement) — Tier 1 plus direct, hands-on support putting the roadmap into action
- Tier 3 (Embed) — a 12-month retainer partnership including training, coaching, and organisational development
- Fractional Advisor — Burnout & Culture — a standing monthly retainer providing ongoing advisory presence, in person or virtual
- 1:1 Coaching — a 12- or 24-week individual coaching programme, contracted separately and confidentially from any organisational engagement
- Keynote speaking and training workshops — delivered under separate booking agreement
Exact scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in writing (email or signed proposal) before work begins. Nothing on our website or in marketing material constitutes a binding quote.
3. Payment Terms
- One-off engagements (Tier 1, keynote, training workshop): Payable in full, upfront, before delivery.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 (multi-month engagements): Invoiced monthly in advance, payable within 14 days of invoice date.
- Fractional Advisor retainer: Invoiced monthly in advance, payable within 14 days of invoice date, rolling month-to-month.
- 1:1 Coaching: Payable in full, upfront, before the programme begins.
- Late payment: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate (the standard reference rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations) and to pause delivery of Services until outstanding invoices are settled.
4. Cancellation and Notice Periods
- One-off engagements (Tier 1, keynote, workshop): Cancellations made more than 14 days before the confirmed delivery date will be refunded in full, less any costs already incurred. Cancellations within 14 days of the confirmed date are non-refundable, reflecting time and slots held exclusively for the Client.
- Fractional Advisor retainer: This is a rolling monthly engagement. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. No long-term lock-in is required.
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 engagements: These are structured, multi-month commitments. Early termination by the Client requires 30 days’ written notice and payment for work completed and committed resources up to that point.
5. Intellectual Property
- Burnout Rewire™, the 3R Framework™, and Reset. Rise. Reclaim.™ are proprietary trademarks and intellectual property of Gary Goddard. All frameworks, diagnostic tools (including the Organisational Burnout Scorecard), training materials, workshop content, and coaching methodologies remain the intellectual property of Gary Goddard Coaching at all times.
- Engaging our Services grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided (e.g. Scorecard results, workshop handouts, training content) internally, within their own organisation, for the purpose for which they were provided.
- The Client may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, adapt, or distribute any Gary Goddard Coaching materials, frameworks, or branded content to third parties without prior written consent.
- Any case studies, testimonials, or references to the Client’s engagement in our marketing materials will only be used with the Client’s prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
- Organisational Burnout Scorecard responses and any data gathered during Tier 1–3 or Fractional Advisor engagements are treated as confidential. Aggregate, anonymised findings may be referenced in case studies or marketing only with the Client’s prior written consent and never in a way that identifies individual respondents.
- 1:1 coaching conversations are strictly confidential between coach and individual client and are not reported to any employing organisation, in line with our coaching practice standards.
- We will not disclose Client information to third parties except where required by law, or to sub-processors engaged in delivering the Services (e.g. GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, our CRM provider), as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability

- Our Services — including keynotes, training, coaching, and diagnostic tools — are provided for informational, educational, and organisational development purposes. They are not a substitute for medical advice, mental health treatment, or clinical intervention. Individuals experiencing symptoms of burnout, mental health crisis, or related conditions should seek appropriate professional or medical support.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gary Goddard Coaching’s total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from use of our Services.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time an engagement is confirmed will apply to that engagement.
