I Burned Out as a Director. Lost Everything. Then Rebuilt.
The coach who has been where you are. Not the version that looks good on a website. The real version.

The Real Story
I was a director. From the outside, everything looked exactly as it should. The title. The salary. The respect. The lifestyle.
What nobody could see was what was happening on the inside. I was doing whatever it took to keep performing. Not to escape the pressure. To stay in the game. And it was destroying everything.
I chose my reputation over my wife, my children, my family. I was so deep in the system’s logic that I couldn’t even see it happening.
Then my body gave out in London. I couldn’t walk. I couldn’t talk. I felt like I was suffocating. The panic attacks that followed lasted for months.
In two to three weeks, everything was gone. My marriage. My relationship with my children. My home. My money. I ended up in my sister’s spare room with a black bag of clothes as the only thing to my name.
The only thing between me and not being here was my refusal to go further down.
I rebuilt. I did the work. I stayed consistent when it was hard. And I went on to become an MD. This is not a redemption story. It is a blueprint.
Why I Can Help You When Others Can’t
Most burnout coaches have read the books. I lived the collapse. There is a difference between understanding burnout intellectually and having stood in a spare room with a black bag wondering how it all fell apart so fast.
I rebuilt using science-backed nervous system rewiring, not willpower and positive thinking. The Burnout Rewire Method is built from what actually worked when there was nothing left.
I went on to become an MD. Not despite the burnout. Because of what I learned rebuilding from it.

Rewire: The Burnout Recovery Blueprint
The book that treats burnout as redesign, not rest. A practical framework for senior leaders who refuse to choose between excellence and wellbeing.
