These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by:

By purchasing or using any services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services, including:

• 1:1 Coaching Programmes
• Self-study courses
• Digital products and downloadable resources
• Workshops and online training
• Community access and messaging support

Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
By purchasing, you confirm you are legally capable of entering a binding contract.

All services are educational and coaching services only.

They are not:

• Therapy
• Medical advice
• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Mental health treatment

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results. Results depend entirely on the client’s effort, decisions, and circumstances.

You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing, actions, and decisions.

Payments may be made:

• In full upfront, or
• Via an agreed payment plan.

If a payment fails or becomes overdue:

1. One reminder will be issued.
2. If payment is not received, access to services and community areas will be removed.
3. Removal due to non-payment does not entitle you to a refund.

Under UK consumer law, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund.

After the cooling-off period:

• All purchases are non-refundable.
• This applies to coaching programmes, courses, and digital products.
• If you stop participating partway through a programme, no refund will be provided.

Access to coaching platforms, courses, digital products, and community areas is provided for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Access may be removed earlier if these Terms are breached.

Services may be delivered via:

• Online platforms
• Email
• Messaging platforms
• Community spaces

You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access, software, and technology required to participate.

No refunds will be issued for technical issues on the client’s side.

Where messaging or community support is included:

• Responses are provided within 24 working hours
• Support is available Monday–Friday only
• No weekend or emergency support is provided

Services are not suitable for crisis or urgent support.

Participation in community spaces requires you to:

• Treat all members respectfully
• Maintain confidentiality
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
• Refrain from promoting or selling services without permission

Gary Goddard Coaching reserves the right to remove members at any time for inappropriate behaviour.
Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

All materials are the intellectual property of Gary Goddard Coaching.

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute materials
• Record or republish sessions or training
• Resell or provide materials to non-paying individuals

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless required by law.

Testimonials, feedback, and anonymised case studies may be used for marketing.
Where identifiable details are used, permission will be requested.

Services may be terminated immediately if a client:

• Fails to make payments
• Behaves abusively or inappropriately
• Misuses services or materials
• Breaches these Terms

No refund will be issued if services are terminated due to breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gary Goddard Coaching shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of income or business
• Decisions or actions taken by clients

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Gary Goddard Coaching shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical outages, natural disasters, or internet failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms may be updated at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the website.
